We are proud to announce that Carmignac has been awarded “Fixed Income Fund Manager of the Year” at the Funds Europe Awards 2025, recognising our extensive expertise over many years in active and unconstrained fixed income management.

This award highlights the strength and consistency of our fixed income expertise across strategies, as well as the value of our active, flexible and unconstrained investment style in delivering resilient and attractive risk-adjusted returns across market cycles. This agility is rooted in our family and employee-owned, independent, and entrepreneurial culture, which promotes swift decision-making, accountability, and a long-term perspective – values that define Carmignac’s DNA.

Flexibility at the core of our fixed income approach

Our philosophy is built on a truly flexible, non-benchmarked framework, enabling us to adapt quickly across market regimes globally. By combining top-down macroeconomic insight with bottom-up conviction ideas, our fixed income team can dynamically adjust allocations across duration, credit, emerging markets, currencies and derivatives to seek the most attractive opportunities at each stage of the cycle.

Our fixed income franchise has demonstrated its ability to navigate successfully across different market environments. The close collaboration between our team of experienced portfolio managers and analysts – spanning credit, sovereign, and emerging markets – allows us to capture opportunities across the entire fixed income spectrum, unconstrained by benchmarks or traditional limitations.

A commitment reinforced by industry recognition

This award reinforces our ambition to offer investors flexible and conviction-driven fixed income solutions. It is a testament to the dedication of our fixed income team and to our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a rapidly-changing market environment.

The Funds present a risk of capital loss. Risks, ongoing charges and other fees are described in the KID/prospectus.

Awards methodology: The Funds Europe Awards follow a structured evaluation process. Entries were accepted from spring 2025 to June, with shortlisted submissions released at the end of June. Judges reviewed their allocated entries in July and August, assessing written materials and supporting documents and giving indicative scores from 1 to 5 (with 1 being low and 5 high). Final judging took place in London on 10–11 September 2025, with more than 40 judges across six sessions. Conflicts of interest were identified in advance and managed during the sessions. Indicative scoring helped shape discussions, but winners were selected solely through consensus. Special commendations were awarded in certain categories. While the names of all judges are published at the time of the Awards, Funds Europe does not disclose which categories each judge assessed. All engagement with judges remains confidential to ensure the integrity and quality of the Awards process.
